By accessing or using HextaUI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

HextaUI provides:

• Free UI components and documentation
• Premium UI blocks and components (HextaUI Pro)
• Code examples and implementation guides
• Community support and resources

Our components are built for React/Next.js applications using TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Radix UI.

Account Creation

To access premium features, you must create an account using OAuth authentication (GitHub or Google). You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Promptly updating account information

Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

HextaUI Pro

HextaUI Pro is a one-time purchase that provides lifetime access to premium components and blocks.

Pricing

• One-time payment of $39 USD
• No recurring subscriptions or hidden fees
• Lifetime access to all current and future premium content
• Prices are subject to change with notice

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store your payment information.

Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate access upon purchase, all sales of HextaUI Pro are final and non-refundable. This includes:

• Premium component access
• Pro blocks and templates
• Lifetime updates and new content

Before purchasing, we encourage you to:

• Review our free components and documentation
• Check out the blocks preview page
• Contact us with any pre-purchase questions

Free Components

Free components are open source and available under the MIT License. You may use them freely in personal and commercial projects.

HextaUI Pro License

Upon purchase of HextaUI Pro, you receive a license to:

• Use components in unlimited personal and commercial projects
• Modify and customize components for your needs
• Create derivative works based on our components
• Use components in client projects and applications

Restrictions

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share your Pro access
• Create competing component libraries using our code
• Share premium components publicly or with unauthorized users
• Reverse engineer or attempt to recreate our premium offerings

Unauthorized Usage

The following activities constitute license violations and are strictly prohibited:

• Using HextaUI Pro components without a valid license
• Sharing premium components with non-licensed users
• Distributing premium code through public repositories
• Creating accounts to bypass license restrictions
• Using cracked, pirated, or unauthorized versions
• Reverse engineering premium components for redistribution
• Team sharing beyond authorized license scope

Detection & Monitoring

We actively monitor and protect our intellectual property through:

• Automated scanning of public repositories
• License verification systems
• Community reporting mechanisms
• Digital fingerprinting of premium components
• Regular audits of usage patterns

Consequences of Violation

Unauthorized use of HextaUI Pro components may result in:

• Immediate account termination without refund
• Legal action including cease and desist orders
• Monetary damages up to $10,000 per violation
• DMCA takedown requests for infringing content
• Permanent ban from future purchases
• Public disclosure of violations where appropriate

Reporting Violations

If you discover unauthorized use of HextaUI Pro components, please report it to us immediately:

License Compliance

To ensure compliance:

• Only use components after purchasing a valid license
• Do not share your account credentials
• Keep premium components in private repositories
• Ensure all team members have appropriate licenses

You may not use our Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations or laws
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit malicious code or viruses
• To collect or track personal information of others

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of HextaUI and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

The information on this Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HextaUI excludes all representations, warranties, conditions, and terms.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

In no event shall HextaUI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the Service.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which HextaUI operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
